Summer Time

Summer is in full swing at the Shropshire House. Doug has been very busy since it got hot, he averaging about 16 service calls a day. except for today and he spent most of it in the MEA clinic getting stitches in his finger. As for the girls and me we have been reading books and writing book reports for the fourth grade. We've been to Florida to visit Stevie and Kelly, and we are spending a lot of time in our pool. Doug is in the process of building his shop and for all you guys. 30X50 w/2 roll up doors,and lots of room for all the tool he inherited from his daddy. I may never see him again !!!! We have also been spending a lot of time at the deer camp. As most of you know it is on the Pearl river and the girls love swimming in it.

I know I know ........ it been a long time since i have blogged or updated pictures or anything. well here is the update. . . . .. . . . Libby and Ashley hate their sub. Their teacher has been out for over 2 months she had a double mastectomy. So the sub is awful. We left friday and went and got Doug's Nephew greyson we will have him for three week while his mom and dad are deployed. Well shes going "TDY" for 3 weeks in washington. So am I crazy.... absolutely. We have been out of the baby business for a while. good news is though that I do have 4 extra hands to help out. Lib and Ash have been a big help. However, Ashley is having a hard time sharing her time. but she is slowly coming around. well anyway. I just wanted to drop a line

CHRISTAMS MORNING

as you can see the Shropshire children had a great Christmas. More importantly we are all healthy and smiling. These are gifts that Libby and Ashley gave each other. They had to save their money to buy one gift. It was so funny that they choose the same gift for the other one. Even Elmo had a good Christmas he loved all the paper.
